Acai Bowls have been all the rage these days and for good reason. They are delicious and nutritious! Acai is a berry and it’s packed full of vitamins, plus it has the most antioxidants of any other fruit or vegetable, which helps fight against cancer among other diseases and illnesses. Along with being extremely healthy it tastes great too(a mix between a blackberry, raspberry, and dark chocolate).

Most of the time açai bowls come with a hefty price tag at around $10 for a small bowl but I am happy to report they are just as easy to make at home. All you need is a high speed blender or a food processor that can make a smoothie bowl consistency with your frozen fruit.

You can buy Acai in frozen packs which is basically a big frozen ice cube of açai, or what I have been doing lately is buying açai powder, which is less waste and just as delicious.
I came across this product, SuperU, through Instagram (love all the cool products I am finding on IG these days!) and not only did their beautiful feed catch my eye (check it out here) but I also liked the idea of an all in one powder. Not only does their powder contain organic Acai but also aronia, blackberry, blueberry, goji, maquiladoras, strawberry, acerola and cranberry. Make sure you go check them out!

I pretty much always make a smoothie or smoothie bowl every day and I can tell you these make life a lot easier! Before when making green smoothies I would have to open 5 separate jars to get the superfoods I wanted to add. Usually, my go-tos are spirulina, wheatgrass powder, chorellla, maca, and goji berries. These have all of those and are organic, which I have really been striving towards recently.
