1½ cup - unsweetened almond milk (or any dairy free milk you like)
¼ cup - chia seeds
1 ripe banana - mashed
½ teaspoon - cinnamon
Toppings
1 tablespoon - almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 tablespoon - hemp seeds
2 tablespoons - maple syrup
Sprinkle of dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
Add all of your ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Cover the mixture and place in the fridge overnight. I really like to use large mason jars because they are glass, don't take up too much room in my fridge and also can be well sealed and resealed if I end up eating the mixture throughout the day.
